Introduction of "Yellow" in Potts Point

Yellow is the latest edition to the (Chef) Brent Savage and (Sommelier) Nick Hildebrandt team.  Their other award winning establishments being the sophisticated Bentley Restaurant & Bar and their wine bar Monopole.
Yellow comfortably takes the place of their more casual offering.  Inspired by the European dining scene, Yellow seeks to provide contemporary cuisine in informal surroundings at affordable prices.  We think it indeed does just that.
The interior features muted greys with a warm industrial feel and surprisingly not a hint of yellow. Turns out the building was once home to the 1960’s collaborative artist’s movement, ‘The Yellow House Artists Collective’.  We guess that inspired the name.
Yellow
Food-wise, the a la carte dinner menu is small, but interesting.  But, what is most interesting to note is that for dinner – Yellow is vegetarian only.  Yes, you heard right, not a single piece of meat is featured on their dinner menu.  As well as their a la carte dinner options, they also offer Vegetarian and Vegan tasting menus.
Vegetarian menu aside, there is no denying the ‘Savage’ flair in the dishes and the food certainly lives up to that which we’ve come to expect from the Bentley crew.  This may be a more informal style of dining, but you should still expect top notch cuisine.
Plus good to know, they offer a brunch menu on weekends.  Though, you will find meat dishes on these menus!
Yellow2
Of course, the wine has not been forgotten and their list features a unique selection of Australian and international wines, reflecting current trends in the industry.  Expect to see interesting grape varieties and little known producers.
We think Yellow is a welcome edition to the Bentley empire.  These guys are really making a name for themselves on the Sydney food and wine scene.  In our view, their accolades are well and truly deserved.  There is no denying they have got the x-factor.

Evening guys

hi guys, it's been a really long time since my last post and really sorry about the long time waiting. now today i'm gonna introduce u guys a really amazing place to head to. The place is called petal met sugar which is a really interesting name isn't it? For me, i thought the most attractive point of that restaurant is that it offers a combination meal which includes floristry and patisserie. Sounds pretty good right? And i thought it can be a surprise for boys' girlfriend, not kidding man!

Ok, lets move on the details about the restaurant. So it's located on the ground floor, 68 sir John Young Cr, woolloomooloo. Then the trading hours for it is Tuesday to Friday from 8.am to 4.30 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.

The picture above is the scene in the restaurant. Then in the restaurant u can choose weather to buy breakfast box, some desserts or some small flower gifts, however u can also buy combining deal which is flower and food. The popular food i would recommend here are chocolate and macarons and breakfast box and if u want to purchase a gift for your friends, choosing a growing flower as a gift is a nice choice, besides it is not so expensive for most of the people. Finally there are some pictures of the dishes. Hope u guys enjoying reading my blog and see u nest time.

Edition Coffee Roasters is located in Darlinghurst, they present pretty dishes.

I prefer to go for pretty brunch, that makes good start in a day.

Brioche with loganberry and elderflower cream is damn good, but sadly it was sold out very soon, so strike that up for the 'next time' list. This dish looks so pretty and it is also healthy.

They also selling juice such as carrot juice, and cucumber.

Cafes employees are not gonna sneer at you if you just want a plain flat white, either. The staff members are, thankful, and welcoming with their knowledge.

Edition Coffee Roasters is located in 265 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst NSW. If u wanna go there, just go little bit earlier, otherwise u can not have chance to take pic for pretty brunch ~~
